5TH Laser Run National Championship 2022
For the climax of the competition, athletes run a distance, stopping to shoot and hit the target before running again. Athletes can start running once they have hit the target a certain number of times. If they still have not hit the target even after 50 seconds, they are allowed to continue, but any hopes of a medal will have gone. Before 2012 London Olympic the shooting and running were performed seperately, but from London Olympic 2012 the both events combined together in form of Run-Shoot-Run called as LASER RUN.
24th July, 2022 - This year Laser Run National Championship is held in Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Pune, Maharashtra. We would want maximum participation so as to promote this game & provide a good platform for all athletes.
